Eliglibty Crieiria for BI Presidential Norwegian Scholarship

To be considered for the scholarship candidates must meet the minimum criteria below:

Applicants should have at least a GPA of 'A' minimum on the ECTS scale, or an equivalent top-tier grade wherever the grading scale is internationally used.
Awards are made based strictly on academic merit, not financial need.
Current third-year students of the undergraduate program are eligible for this program as well.
Citizens of countries outside the EU/EEA can also apply if they are residing in Norway, and should first assess their eligibility by referring to the respective eligibility criteria posted on the website of this university.
Applicants have to submit evidence of residence with their scholarship application.
International students of all nationalities who have come to Norway for their first degree are eligible to apply.
Students from outside the EU/EEA shall ensure that they do not have any gap between graduation and the start of master's programme.
Applicants have to be admitted to a Master of Science programme at either the Oslo or the Bergen campus.
A scholarship shall not be approved for an international applicant who is not residing in Norway and whose citizenship is from outside the EU/EEA/Switzerland.

Applications for the scholarship must be submitted online.
When you submit your admission application online, always apply for the scholarship.
Write a scholarship application letter of no more than one page indicating why you deserve the scholarship.

Attach all relevant supporting documents to your application for a Master of Science.
The scholarship application will not be considered unless a complete application and acceptance of admission to BI for a Master of Science program has been submitted.
International students applying for the BI Presidential Scholarship are automatically eligible for the MSc International Scholarship and are automatically accepted without having to submit an application letter.
